To Our Customers & Data Subjects,

As of 25th May 2018, GDPR has come into effect throughout all European countries. GDPR offers additional protection to both the consumer and the business (Brandmark) and protects all data that is maintained on any given party. The GDPR emphasises transparency, security and accountability by data controllers, while at the same time standardising and strengthening the right of European citizens to data privacy. 

As of the 25th May 2018, we at Brandmark Agencies have reviewed all data that we store through our third-party order management systems (NETSUITE & Planet Soho).
